I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centrum, Fort Worden State Park, and the City of Port Townsend from any and all losses, claims, damages, and expenses suffered or alleged to be suffered while performing agreed upon services. I agree to let Centrum photograph or record my activities at various events (festivals, performances, workshops, etc.) for promotional purposes.
